April Dang

April is a multidisciplinary type & communication designer based in Toronto, ON working between the realm of typography, branding, editorial, and web design. She designed the primary SHIFT Sans display typeface, and the secondary Josef Mono typeface, both in use for this year's grad show identity. April is an advocate for ethical design, and believes in the humanitarian impact of design, that, if at all possible, design should only be used towards advocating for common, social goods.
